Who is responsible

What we collect, and why

Only what you write in the enquiry: the kind of enquiry, any dates or property details, your name, email, phone and message. We use it to answer your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to manage that. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)).

How the request reaches us

When you press Send enquiry, your own email app opens with the message filled in. It reaches us as an ordinary email when you send it, and this website does not store it.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts. It remembers whether you chose the day or night view in your own browser (local storage); that choice never leaves your device.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a booking, tenancy or sale are deleted after 12 months. Records of bookings, tenancies and purchases are kept for as long as tax and company law require, usually six years.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to wwatsoncommercial@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk).
