Three serviced units on Bath Street: register your interest

The ground floor of Blake House is about 62 square metres on the corner of Bath Street and Buxton Road, seventy metres from Rutland Square. Our plan is to divide it into three small units with a shared kitchenette and WC, and let them ready to trade from.

Unit 1 is the corner room, with its own street door and the angled window onto the junction. Unit 2 sits behind the broad Bath Street window. Unit 3 is the quieter room at the back, with two windows. They would suit a small shop, a studio, a treatment room or an office that wants a town-centre address without a long lease.

Each unit will be let on monthly terms with a month's notice, for one fee that covers heating, power, water, Wi-Fi, repairs and cleaning of the shared areas. Business rates are payable separately, and small business rate relief may apply; we will share the details for each unit once it has been assessed.
